I came to see Dr Laith Matlub for swollen gums around my wisdom tooth which has been a recurring issue. Dr Laith was very professional and informative throughout the whole process and I found him to be very transparent about pricing before I agreed to anything. He even took the time to check my private health coverage before starting. As for the wisdom teeth extraction, I couldn't believe how quick it was. From start to finish, 2 teeth out in 15 minutes.

Dr. Khaled and the dental staff, including two nurses whose names I unfortunately didn't catch, along with the receptionist Fauziah, were exceptionally compassionate, understanding, and professional.I underwent the removal of my right two wisdom teeth, and I was extremely nervous. However, Dr. Khaled talked me through the panic and waited until I was ready, and once the procedure began, I quickly calmed down and realised I was in good hands.Throughout the procedure, I experienced no pain. Dr and the nurse were incredibly patient, providing detailed explanations, answering all my questions, and ensuring I was calm and comfortable. They promptly addressed any discomfort I felt, pausing to check if I was okay before continuing.I'm scheduled to return in a couple of weeks for the extraction of my left two wisdom teeth, and I'm confident they will do an excellent job. Thanks to their expertise, I no longer feel nervous about the procedure.

Dr. Laith began work on a root call procedure today. He was very friendly and sympathetic. He and the dental assistant made me feel very comfortable, despite my slight anxiety. I appreciated that the process was explained to me simply. The ambience in the surgery is very nice as well, and I like the soothing music that plays while you are being worked on.I would definitely recommend Dr. Laith.

I woke up with severe tooth pain on Anzac Day. I searched and found E-dentist was open. I was treated by Dr Khaled Amery, who was exceptional. He explained everything that he was doing as well as being very transparent about associated costs. The treatment rooms are very modern and I particularly liked to TV on the ceiling as I was being treated. Given it was a public holiday, I thought the $50 public holiday surcharge was reasonable. We also had a pleasant interaction with Fauziah on the front desk . The whole experience was very positive. I recommend Dr Khaled if you need a dentist!

I had my two bottom wisdom teeth removed by Dr Laith Matlub and had a really positive and supportive experience. My case was quite difficult but Dr Laith made sure that I knew all of my options, all of the possible outcomes and how he would approach the surgery. I felt very safe throughout the whole process and every effort was made to ensure my comfort. I had minimal pain and swelling afterwards and no complications occurred. I would highly recommend Dr Laith for wisdom teeth removal and he also does a wonderful job of a check up and clean.

Emergency appointment, made the day before.Always risky using Google search for a dentist, but I can happily say it worked out.I was seen by Dr Laith Matlub, who removed a tooth with precision and intact..I didn't notice a thing.Will happily be going back to this practice and Dentist.Excellent communication regarding expectations and outcomes..👌👍

Absolutely Professional and Expert as a Dentist. Dr. Laith Matlub is one of the best dentists I have ever met. Despite having oversensitivity of teeth and gum disease, he did so well in treating and providing oral care that is completely PAIN-FREE!!! I went to EDentist for a root canal - not gonna lie I was very nervous. Dr Kamdar was very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. The root canal has been a success and I'm no longer in pain. I'm happy i found a very good dentist!!

Had terrible pain from my wisdom tooth. Booked in an appointment with Dr Anuradha. She was amazing. Assessed the tooth, took an x ray and decided removal of the tooth was the best option. Within 30 minutes my tooth was taken out carefully and pain free.Very happy with everything.Thanks again Dr Anuradha

I got my wisdom teeth taken out today by Dr Anuradha and Yulia, despite being so scared they reassured me and made me feel so comfortable. My experience was amazing and they’re so beautiful inside and out. I even got called a ‘cute princess’ which made me so happy, thank you so much again!

The fact that they are open 7 days a week is great. Staff and dentists are friendly and helpful. Just wish they would share the pricing before they start work. I have found them to be expensive so ask for a price before you continue!

Grateful thanks to Dr. Anuradha and her assistant, Tanya for the emergency work done a week + before Christmas 2023, the follow-up care and completion of treatment today (Feb 16). I had a fall that pushed my 2 front teeth inwards and needed emergency fixing. Dr. Anuradha consulted and treated me for nearly 2.5 hours straight in the late evening on a Saturday. I had 2 root canals done, in that time, splinting and stabilisation on the same evening. My teeth were saved although extraction was the other option. Future cosmetic options were also explained to me. The bill did come as a shock to me but I could not have asked for more thorough care and the work was done meticulously. Dr gave a small discount. The completion work took place today, a full 2 hours and Dr put in a permanent metal splint and did adhesive restoration on 4 teeth. This time, Dr gave a large discount and I'm so pleased with the result and the reasonable price. Thank you Dr. Anuradha and Tanya. I commend you highly for your excellent work !

Very good clinic. My 7-year-old daughter had problems with the nerves of her baby teeth and with the teeth themselves. Dr. Simon is a wizard. She goes to appointments with a smile on her face every time. Manipulations in the chair are often not easy, but the child is always calm and not capricious. And this speaks of the great professionalism of the doctor and team. Also, the quality of the services themselves is very high.

Was my first trip to dentist in about 8 years and I was nervous, as I had a huge cavity in my upper molar which was super painful, and was quite bad..Instead of going straight to a root canal they took other measures to save my poor tooth. I got the area cleaned out and drilled, and a filling which feels completely natural, not bulky or odd- feeling afterward.The experience (even through drilling!) was quite relaxing and I was so calm despite my initial anxiety. The dentist and nurse were warm and empathetic. Have booked in for a week to have another tooth repaired. Great prices too, especially considering the service being so good! Highly recommend!

Came to see Dr Anuradha on Sunday morning with the emergency appointment for wisdom teeth, she was very professional, understanding and kind. I was seen immediately , she explained all the treatment options and I decided to get all my wisdom teeth removed in chair, took one hour for the whole process. Healing was smooth and well managed. Prices were reasonable as it was done with very keen attention and great skills, prices were less as compared to other places I had contacted. Will recommend this clinic, Dr Anuradha and lovely assistant.

With tooth pain over the holidays and my dentist away I had to find someone to look at my tooth. Whilst the patient interaction was fine I was disappointed with the pricing, $53 for an email referral and $45 for a pulp test which involved tapping the tooth. Something my dentist has always done as a part of the examination. Of course neither attracted a rebate from Bupa where I have top extra's cover.

I decided to trial this dentist after my regular dentist moved to a rural area and I needed a dentist closer to home.I have been attending for over a year now and have had 3 check ups and cleans as well as two fillings.This dental practice is expensive compared to your regular family suburban dental practice. I wonder if it has anything to do with its location in East Bentleigh? It feels like it’s aimed at being a more specialist dental practice for older patients with complex dental issues. The waiting room is very clinical in appearance and does have a noisy water feature that I personally don’t find that relaxing to listen to! Ha ha!The dentists are keen on encouraging prophylactic treatment to their patients such as covering fissures before you need a filling. A lot of “just in case” fillings. But it’s not cheap so you may need to prioritise your dental health over other expenses in your life. And health cover doesn’t cover much of the cost as they charge quite a bit more than the recommended prices.At my last visit I only had a regular clean but it was extremely painful and felt like needles shooting into my gums. My teeth were also very sensitive and I had to stop the dentist a number of times. I left the practice with bleeding gums and a very sore mouth. I even required analgesia the following day for the pain. Needless to say that a week later, my gums are still tender and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Needed urgent appointment due to tooth ache. Receptionist Ksenia made prompt appointment and I saw a dentist in 2 hours since initial call. Feeling was done perfectly. Now I have no pain. Practice is very clean, staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Will be coming for my dental needs in future to Edentist Bentleigh East. Thank you to the Dentist which I saw.

I had gone in with very bad wisdom tooth pain on Sunday as my normal dentist was closed I was just after some pain killers. But I was taken into the x- ray room and took the x-ray and was charged $130 . They did not mention anything about pricing and I was in extremely bad pain and was barely able to open up my mouth but the dentist was gona take my tooth out ! Luckily I asked about the price and then he mentioned it's gona cost me $1300 !!!!!! for top & bottom wisdome teeth to be taken out. And he insisted that I had to take my top one out as wellI didn't take it out as it was so expensive and left with a bad tooth pain. And paid $270 for the visit and consultation.I had to call them 5 times the next day no joke for the copy of the x ray to be send to my email.I end up going to my normal dentist and they charged me just $495 for the whole thing..

I am from Chicago, USA in Melbourne for the 2024 Australian Open. My front tooth accidently broke off and needed immediate repair. We made an appointment with Dr. Laith Matlub who saw me immediately. After a quick x-ray he recommended the tooth be extracted and a denture created as a short term solution until I return to the US. He extracted the tooth and created a mouth impression within an hour. 24 hours later I had the denture securely in place that perfectly matched and blended with my teeth. I chose eDentist in Bentleigh East because their website indicated they provide emergency dental services. I was traumatized by this incident and Dr. Laith Matlub, Dr. Adren Acinejao, Dmitry and Tonya were very professional, welcoming and caring. From the moment that I contacted EDentist the staff were very welcoming. Dr Laith is amazing. He was professional and at the same time very easy going. An amazing dentist making me feel comfortable and in good hands, explaining the process step by step prior to beginning and during. I had my child with me and he was amazing in making it a fun experience for her too. I also have a family member who is terrified of dentists in general but after seeing Dr Laith and the experience they had with him, they will be returning. I would 100% recommend EDentist and Dr Laith and moving forward Dr Laith will be my go to and my family’s for all our dentistry’s.

Fantastic first impression. Prior to my visit 2 weeks ago, I'd never been to this surgery. I barged in there late on the Friday before Christmas with a toothache but no appointment, and I was examined on the spot. Yes, the surgery seemed quiet, but still....The dentist was prepared to immediately extract my bad molar, but I wasn't "med prepped" -- for my anxiety, primarily -- so I hadthe tooth taken out the following day.

I was in urgent need of a dentist a week before Christmas and was so fortunate to come across EDentist in Bentleigh East. Dr Laith did a great job extracting an infected tooth and explained everything very calmly which helped with the anxiety and pain I was feeling on the day. I also had several follow up appointments and the experience was the same every time. All the staff are terrific. They are open 7 days a week and have long operating hours so helps when needing urgent or out of hours appointments. Would highly recommend.

After an emergency visit to the Dandenong clinic due to pain in a front tooth, Dr Laith Matlab was very informative regarding what was going on. As we discovered from past injuries the teeth were starting to break down and in need of major work. Laith discussed several options with pros and cons and I decided the best way forward was to have 4 teeth extracted and an implant fitted. It will be a long process and today was stage one, extraction and a bone graft. If I said a wasn’t a little nervous today I’d be lying, but honestly Laith and the team were fantastic and very professional on all levels. I can highly recommend Edentist and especially Laith for any teeth work needed.He’s a legend 🙏

We have been very disappointed with their service.Our impression was that they see us first as ATM then as a patient.Priorities were:1. Consultation fees $652. X-ray fees $553. Prescription fees $504.Referral fees $53and as result was: "we can't help you but we'll write referral letter for you"Very questionable dentist's experience.After this appointment we went to community dental centre, paid $30 fees and had consultation with very knowledgeable dentist, full x-ray, prescription and problem solved and no need for referral to see specialist.

I cannot commend the exceptional team at eDentist enough, they squeezed me in for an emergency wisdom tooth / abscess removal this morning ( a Sunday) when I couldn’t wait any more for 2 other upcoming appointments. Dentist Anuradha was exceptional making sure I was comfortable and it was quick, with the assistance of the lovely Pomo (I think a dental nurse/ assistant). Instant relief. Receptionist Ksenia was patient with me when I had to transfer funds from savings to pay for the (unfortunately very costly but oh so worth it) procedure. Will be back in future for teeth whitening and cannot recommend this amazing team enough - iris

I visited bentleigh e dentist on very short notice as an emergency referred from the dandenong site. They took me in with no notice! Dr Meera went more than above and beyond for me, she spoke me through everything, the whole emergency procedure and afterwards while I was recovering. She’s definitely not afraid to crack a joke either which made me so comfortable. I left crying happy tears as she has no idea how amazing she was to me tonight, I appreciate her work so much. She 100% has the most upmost care for her patients. I felt respected and well cared for. I will definitely be using edentist from now on for any of my dental needs. Thanks again dr meera and yulia you definitely deserve more than 5 stars.

Meera is so special, she is one of the best dentists from my experience .I had composite veneer for my lower and upper teeth. I am so happy with the result. Cannot reccomend EDentist enough! Seen on a Sunday evening for a terrible toothache that was an impacted wisdom tooth. Tooth was removed quickly, given a clear regime to manage the pain etc. They called the next day to check on how I was going. Thank you again!

I’m writing this review to rave about the dentist and especially Yulia, the dental assistant at this clinic. My son is 8 years old and was terrified of going to the dentist for a check up and clean. We’ve taken him to a dentist a few days before and he had a horrible experience. We decided to try again, but this time with Yulia who came recommended. Yulia truly was amazing. She took the time to talk to my son and explain everything that was going to happen. She showed him all the tools that would be used. I can’t recommend this place enough! For years I was stuck with a smile that I thought couldn’t be fixed because I missed using braces when I was younger. But at edentist, with one minimally invasive procedure with no pain at all, I was able to achieve the smile I’d only ever dreamed of. Beyond happy with my results!

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Matlub. Came in for a consult and was the last appointment for the day and everyone was sooo lovely, and the facilities are top notch.He ended up doing the work on the spot which was awesome and did an extra filling even though it was nearing closing time. The work he did was flawless and I'm so happy with it, really made a difference in my smile.The pricing was so reasonable, and they took my insurance (AHM) no problem. And on top of all that while getting my work done my partner's car battery went flat and Dr. Matlub helped jump start his car after my appointment 🙏 - so yeah if you need any kind of dental work done and are a stickler for fantastic service this is the place to go! Thank you EDentist team! 🥰

DON'T bother going to this place! They are rude and don’t have the patient’s interest at heart.Got 2 teeth knocked out, called the reception who said I could come asap to get it treated. Drove 50 mins all the way from the city. When I got there the receptionist then told me they wouldn’t see me without a booking!She kept repeating that the clinic would be closing and wouldn’t see me, despite my emergency situation.Selfish and unprofessional!I now have 2 less teeth thanks to them!

Terrible experience.I had an implant job done by Dr. Miller. The temporary dentures didn't fit at all, and lasted maximum a week. The result- half a year I lived without the lower teeth. Dr. Miller refused to make a refund.I advise everybody to check the instalments you pay.I was overcharged 2 times for $3000 each time and charged $1000 for the job i never asked to do.I was asked to sign documents after taking sedative medication .Afrer my complaint to AHPRA, Dr. Miller was punished.

I booked an appointment on a Sunday as I had a bad toothache and my regular dentist does not open on Sundays. The dentist that served me was very nice and after checking me said we just needed to change the filling I had. The filling cost me $590 and the pain did not go away. I had to get a root canal a couple of days later. This time I went to my normal dentist.

Biggest thank you to superstar dentist Anuradha! I’m so grateful for the quality work and care she provided me with. Anuradha removed both my lower wisdom teeth, one of which was a quite complicated compared to the other. Nevertheless, I could not have been looked after with more care. She guided me through the entirety of it, checking in on me throughout the procedure, thoroughly explaining everything she saw on the X-Ray through to thoroughly explaining the after care and the importance of it, and not to forgot being checked up on post procedure the very next day. I couldn’t have felt more cared for and comfortable throughout something as painful as wisdom tooth extractions.Anuradha, you’ve been absolutely incredible and I will be returning to you for all of my future dental needs. Thank you so, so much!

As with most people we all dread going to the dentist, me included.As l was in severe pain l made a booking online and was attended to within 24hrs! (My original, now previous dentist told me l needed to wait for 6 weeks). Too long of a wait.The team at EDentist could see l was in pain and understood my concerns and acted swiftly and professionally (tooth was cracked, nerve dead and infection kicked in). I went in with pain and left with no pain, maybe only pain was in my back pocket 😉.Dr Raquel for your professional care, explanation and understanding, thank you. Had to attend EDentistry today (Easter Monday) for a tooth ache that would not wait until tomorrow... Peter could not have been more helpful getting me in quickly, first appointment was at Canterbury, had a last minute change to Bentleigh East for an earlier appointment. Dr Simon was easy to relate to and very thorough, had the first half of a root canal done, to be finished off next Monday. Would highly recommend EDentist to anyone looking for a dentist around Bentleigh East, Canterbury, or Dandenong. A+
