Wisdom teeth removal is sometimes necessary where the wisdom teeth flare up and cause significant pain. Wisdom teeth are unusual in that some people have third molars (wisdom teeth) and others don’t. In certain cases wisdom teeth don’t have room to erupt and can cause pain. Where wisdom teeth pain is experienced, wisdom teeth removal may be the best option.

At Centre Dental we are able to quickly manage wisdom teeth on the same day when you suddenly experience terrible pain.

What to expect when you book for Wisdom Tooth Extraction at Centre Dental:

First of all – don`t worry. We are here for you from start to finish and even after 7 days a week.
Warm welcome and personal approach – we here for you because we care. Let our friendly front office know if you have any particular requests or worries. You will be asked to proceed to our patients lounge to fill in the form. This area was carefully designed with safety distance in mind, calming tones, live plants and TV entertainment

Upon examination and diagnosis of your tooth using the latest digital technology and the expertise of our dentists, you will be provided with the options and quotes for sedation and treatment
Treatment can be either performed on the day or scheduled for your convenience
You will be booked for a follow up appointment to check or remove suture. Please note – all follow up appointment for any reason and for any concern related to the treatment done are FREE.
Follow up call few days after your treatment is normally performed by our lovely front office. We welcome you to call us if any concerns arise prior to your follow up appointment

X-ray intraoral $50, extraoral (OPG) $110
Simple extraction from $200
Surgical extraction up to $490
All follow up appointments FREE ( including removal of sharp bony edges, if they happen to form)

Centre Dental open 7 days a week 8am-8pm and after hours by appointment. An appointment booking is required. Please note, there is a charge for exam and x-ray before any treatment can be quoted and performed by the dentist. Centre Dental is a private dental practice. Centre Dental is Not a community dentist or a government dentist or a hospital. Payment is required on the day. No Bulk Bill or Medicare options for adult patients. Only eligible under Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) kids under 18 years of age can be bulk billed. Payment is required before any dental work can be performed. Payment options and finance are available.
